ARISE, AWAKE AND STOP NOT TILL THE GOAL IS REACHED

Life is full of challenges. Some of us overcome these challenges and some of us fail to tackle these challenges. Perhaps, if we peep into history we would find most of the achievable things today were once considered unachievable. The Mount Everest-the highest peak of the world was almost insurmountable before Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norway scaled it in 1953. This is the success.
Our great visionary leader of young India, Swami Vivekananda believed that one must set a goal in life to succeed. He said, “Arise, Awake and stop not till the goal is reached.” Hence, it is extremely essential to set a goal in life. Challenges will come in the path before we attain success. Nevertheless, only tremendous perseverance and unwavering willpower will get you the desired success.
In addition, to attain success in life it is exceedingly important to dream the objective and the target of your life. Our greatest leader, scientist and the “Missile man of India”, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam achieved the ultimate success that was considered impossible. His mind, heart, soul and body saw a dream with open eyes in his childhood. And, he attained the ultimate success with conviction. He believes that “Dream, Dream and Dream. Dreams transform into thoughts. And thoughts result in action.” Thus, dreams motivate one to set the goal of life and determined action would help achieve the goal of life.
One might question as of how to achieve success in life. One must have following in her/his thought process to attain success:

  •  Setting the goal of life
  • Faith in capabilities
  • Action oriented hard work
  • Conviction to accept failures
  •  Strong will power with a positive attitude.Success will then be yours.
Interestingly, success has different meanings to different people. For a student achieving the highest grade in success. For an engineer-inventing, a machine is the highest success. For a doctor-finding medicine to control a disease is the success. But for some, serving humanity with love is the success. As Mother Teresa rightly said, “We all cannot do great things, but we can do small things with great love.” Hence, every individual success should be transformed aiming at serving the humanity in totality.
Finally, I believe that we must create the world where there are no competitors and failures but all are winners.

Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.
